About Chef Richie
Chef Richie is a nutrition and fitness coach. A United States Army veteran with two B.S. degrees in both exercise science and nutrition
science; her expertise and experience equal results! She has over 8 years of personal training. Chef Richie has a very fit life playing
basketball from age 12 to being a college athlete, she played semi-pro basketball, then she set world records in powerlifting in the
AAPF association. Currently, along with being a personal trainer, caterer, weight coach, she is a nutritionist at a local school.
